Who is Innovative Learning, Inc.?

Innovative Learning has long been an advocate for children and their families in pursuing a great education as well as providing enrichment opportunities for children’s special interests and hobbies.  We seek to teach passionately and positively impact children so that they feel welcomed, loved and supported in every program offering.

Where is Innovative Learning, Inc. located?

Our in-person home base is located on the campus of Derita Church in the University/Northwest area of Charlotte, NC but we also offer virtual options for some of our offerings.

Who is the Founder/Director?

Belinda Colter is a former homeschooling mom who after some time became a certified English teacher who taught for over 15 years in CMS.  Mrs. Colter has also taught Writing and Reading and is especially passionate about students having a strong phonics foundation.

What is the Homeschool Coop?

The Homeschool Coop is an extension of Innovative Learning Educational Services (ILES).  This program seeks to help students and families find the most comprehensive and necessary educational offerings that will fit just about any family’s needs and schedule.  We also look forward to offering enrichment opportunities that center around the Arts, STEM, Play Dates and Social-Emotional Learning.
